My name is Patric Greenstrip and I am passionate about renewable energy, electric vehicles and sustainable travel.

Over the last decade I have explored the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe, including driving to 46 European capitals in a Volkswagen e-UP!* as part of my #EV6060 challenge. (*logistically some capitals such as Rekjavik were completed in a rental electric car ) 

RTWev80 – Around the World in 80 Weeks

My next challenge is #RTWev80, a solo attempt to drive around the world in an electric vehicle.

Starting from London in August 2026, the journey will cover more than 50,000 kilometres across 5 continents over 80 weeks.
